Welcome to the Tippspiel (aka. Football Pool) of the World Cup 2026!

Here you can show everyone that you really know your football by predicting the correct match results. Whoever has the most points at the end gets to wear the football pool crown.

• July 7th: The stadium where a match is played at is now shown.
• July 4th: You can now see all match predictions for a specific user. Clicking on the username will also bring you there.
• July 1st: Happy Canada Day 🇨🇦! Data is now finally properly translated.
• June 28th: Finished matches are now hidden by default on the predict page.
• June 25th: You can now see the answers to bonus questions of all users.
• June 20th: The ranking table now shows more information.
• June 18th: You can now add this website to your home screen like an app.
• June 14th: Match results are now automatically updated as soon as the match is finished and results are available via OpenLigaDB.
• June 12th: Points for your match predictions are now calculated on the fly.
• June 9th: You can now set your preferred timezone in your profile. It is automatically detected on sign up based on your local timezone.
• June 7th: You can now submit your bonus predictions to get extra points.
• June 5th: You can now predict matches. Sorry for the delay!

How it works

• Predict the match result (after 90 minutes) before each game
• After the result has been entered, points are distributed (automatically)
• With bonus predictions you can earn important extra points
• The winner is the one who, combined with the bonus predictions, has the most points at the end.
• You can win fame and glory and an entry in to the Hall of Fame of Tippspiel winners (see below).
• All times are shown in the timezone set in your profile.

Rules

• Predictions can be submitted for each game until the respective kick-off
• The official final result after 90 minutes counts new!, i.e., without extra time or penalty shootout
• Predictions can be changed at any time until kick-off
• The bonus predictions must be submitted before the start of the opening game!

Scoring

• Correct result: 4 points
• Correct goal difference: 2 points (example: your prediction 2:0, the result 3:1, i.e., same goal difference, including draws)
• Correct tendency (win, loss): 1 point
